Be Who You Want to Be

Emotions are guidelines and support systems. It is a call to action

~ Anthony Robbins ~

Have you ever done anything which was not to change the way you felt?? Probably not because virtually everything we do is to feel and experience the shift. And yet, were there times when you planned for something and in that very instant the mischievous little Puck said otherwise.  It's amazing how often we use the intelligence at our disposal to work ourselves into unresourceful, unhelpful emotional states, forgetting about our unrealized potential each of us already possesses          .

The more you listen to your Puck the more references it would provide you for not getting on with your plan.

You can either learn from the past performances but one thing is certain and that it is expensive to experience such habits. If unchecked, the Puck will eat up resources and it may lead to negative emotions such as anger, mediocrity, resentment, poor performance, disintegration etc.

The way to quieten the puck is to focus on strengthening your emotional muscles. It  would enable you to realize your potential and align your actions with the visions that you hold in your thought and heart. It will give you the ability to understand your deepest needs.

An emotionally strong person expands to be resilient and gains the necessary emotional ammunition to recover and move forward. While you strengthen your emotional muscles you will find that you can handle enormous challenges, including ignoring your Puck. Being emotionally fit is the key to success in all aspects of life. It is about taking control over your choices and actions, having the inner strength to be who you want to be.                                                                  images

When you strengthen your emotional muscles you end up being in a state wherein the mind is capable of staying away from the usual ramblings of the PUCK and focuses on creative and constructive tasks.
