Harsh Kumar Sharan (XLRI Alumnus)

A process oriented Consultant with over 40 years of hands-on experience of working in Senior Management positions in companies such as Tata Steel among others.

His professional interests include organizational behavior modification, human capital strategies, employee motivation, and Employee Relations & Industrial Relations.

Harsh is an accomplished, dynamic, and client-driven professional and holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Harsh has learnt to "Focus” on and “Execute” what matters most in & for Business Organizations across the Globe.

He knows that empowering the Workforce to use their Intelligence and Energy is the priority for Managers for sustained superior Performance is the “Key to Creation of Wealth & Wellbeing” in Society.

For over 4 decades, Harsh has trained and facilitated learning to improve Organization’s and Individual’s Capability to achieve better-than-before Results. People can learn to Do Right Things Right First Time is his motto.

He has been associated with Management Education for over 30 years as Visiting Faculty.

In 24 years in Tata Steel, Harsh mastered the art & science of H R M- Human Talent Identification, Acquisition, Management, Retention and Development.

Shishir Kumar

He draws from over twenty-five year career in Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, Business Excellence which includes diverse experience in engineering based sector, consumer goods, and professional services.

A 1982 Post Graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur where he obtained his degree in Business Management, his responsibilities over the years have included creating business concepts, building operational logistics, identifying key revenue opportunities and leading teams in long range vision and strategies.

Shishir's specialties are Growth & Sustainability. He is a successful implementer & auditor of the Malcolm-Baldridge model.

A total 36 years of practicing as HR functionary in manufacturing, electrical and Electronics industries, and having represented the Employers in organizations like- Indian Chamber of Commerce, Calcutta and C I I Eastern Region in IR Committees as nominee of Tata Steel for several years
