From Sanskrit, krita, done or accomplished, and artha, purpose or aim. Kritarth means one who has achieved their purpose. Fulfilled.
It's an unusual name for a consulting firm, until you notice what we actually promise. An organisation that becomes safe. A team that becomes sharp. A mind that becomes clear. Three different versions of the same outcome: purpose achieved, not just promised.
About Kritarth Consulting: founded in 2010, led by Shakti Sharan and Harsh Kumar Sharan. Over fifteen years, the practice has grown to work across compliance, facilitation, and coaching, three rooms that look unrelated from the outside and are built on the same depth of practice underneath.
That depth comes from two practitioners.

Together, 18,000+ employees trained and 50+ Internal Committees supported, across 100+ organisations since 2010. Every one of the three services this practice offers runs on the same underlying skill: reading what's actually happening in a room, not just what's being said in it.
Four things this practice won't compromise on, regardless of the room.
We tell clients what we actually see, including when a different approach would serve them better.
We don't train to cover the topic. We build capability. In coaching, we don't work with symptoms. We go to the source.
Everything we bring comes from having done the work. Not frameworks we read about. Rooms we have been in.
We say what the situation actually calls for, even when it's uncomfortable, even when it costs us the engagement.
Organisations we've worked with since 2010.
And practically every sector in between.
Get notes from the practice. One article a week, SafeSpace, Performance Lab, and The Breakthrough Room, each in its own section.
