Puck is the internal meaning-maker. The voice that explains your life to you.

Every experience you have, you interpret before it becomes a belief. The interpretation feels true. It feels like reality. Most of the time, it is Puck.

Puck has been doing this for years before you noticed Puck had a voice at all. Sometimes Puck is accurate. Sometimes Puck is working from old information.

The patterns Puck creates hesitation, self-doubt, fear, procrastination, perfectionism, people-pleasing, indecision feel like you. They are not you. They are Puck speaking.

Puck is not your enemy. Puck has been doing a job for a long time.

Puck will always be the meaning-maker. That never stops. We are meaning-making creatures and that is not a flaw. It is the architecture of human experience.

But the specific meaning Puck is making can be changed. Not managed. Not argued out of existence. Changed at the structure where it lives.

Reality lands. Puck interprets. Meaning forms. Belief follows. Patterns emerge. Results happen. Results reinforce the original belief. The cycle compounds.

The interruption point is between reality and meaning. The Breakthrough Room work catches Puck in the act of meaning-making, usually for the first time you have ever seen this happening, and offers the possibility of a different interpretation.

Name the Puck.

Sessions 1 and 2

Most clients walk in unable to articulate the meaning Puck is making. That is normal. Puck is good at staying invisible.

By the end of Phase 1, Puck has a name, a face, and the exact sentence Puck speaks. Most clients tell me this is the first time they have heard the meaning-making behind their pattern named clearly.

Change the Puck.

Sessions 3 and 4

Once named, the structure underneath Puck's meaning can be worked.

We do not debate Puck at the surface. We identify the specific properties of how the meaning is stored and shift those properties deliberately.

When the structure changes, the meaning changes. The new meaning does not sit alongside the old one. It replaces it. The old sentence loses its charge.

Move with new meaning.

Sessions 5 and 6

With new meaning in place, choices change. Behaviour changes. The action you have been avoiding becomes available.

You leave with proof of the shift and a methodology you can apply to the next Puck that surfaces.

The programme

What The 180 Personal involves.

Six sessions. Each session is 90 minutes.

All sessions are virtual, via video call. If you are in Bangalore and prefer to meet in person, some sessions can be arranged that way.

The programme runs across eight to twelve weeks, one session per week or per fortnight, at a pace that fits both your schedule and the depth of the work.

You do not need to arrive with a clear problem statement. You need to arrive willing to look at what is actually there. The first session starts from wherever you start.

There is no homework in the conventional sense. The methodology becomes a way of catching Puck in real time. The work continues between sessions whether or not you are consciously thinking about it.

What the coach does and does not do.

The coach does not provide motivation.

The coach helps you identify Puck, understand the meanings being created, uncover the beliefs and assumptions underneath the pattern, explore alternative interpretations, and create new choices.

The breakthrough belongs to you. The coach facilitates the conditions in which it becomes possible.

The methodology draws on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), NLP Executive Coaching, Time Line based change work, and identity-level coaching. The methodology supports the work. It is not the work itself.

Is this therapy?
No. The 180 Personal is coaching, not therapy. It is for patterns you can describe the symptoms of but cannot explain the mechanism of. If clinical care is more appropriate for your situation, I will tell you that directly on the Pattern Diagnosis call before we proceed with anything.
I have already done therapy, journaling, and other coaching. Will this be different?
Possibly. The difference is the level at which the work operates. Insight has arrived in those processes. What has not arrived is the structural change underneath the insight. Most coaching and personal development work operates at the level of behaviour, story, and awareness.

The Puck framework works at the level of meaning, at the structural point where the pattern was first formed. Not managed. Not argued out of existence. Changed. Whether that is the right answer for where you are is what the Pattern Diagnosis call is for.
What happens between sessions?
The work continues between sessions even when you are not consciously thinking about it. There are no homework worksheets. The methodology becomes a way of catching Puck in real time across your week.

Most clients tell me the most significant moments of the work happen between sessions, not inside them. The sessions create the conditions. The rest of your week is where the change shows up.
Are sessions in person or virtual?
All sessions are virtual, via video call. If you are in Bangalore and specifically prefer to meet in person, some sessions can be arranged that way.

The work is voice-and-language based. The medium does not reduce the depth. Clients in other cities and countries do this work over video call with the same results.
What if Puck does not show up clearly in the early sessions?
This is the most common thing I hear from people who book. Puck is very good at staying invisible. Phase 1 is designed precisely for this situation.

By the end of Session 2, Puck has a name. That is not a promise. That is the methodology working as it was designed to. The work starts from wherever you start.
