The Breakthrough Room - Kritarth Consulting

NLP-based coaching that reaches the pattern underneath the pattern

For the block that insight alone hasn’t moved.

This is identity-level work.

It reaches the belief structure and self-concept that drives behaviour, and changes it at the source.

Do Any Of These Sounds Familiar?

For individuals:

For Executives and Business Leaders

Why This Works When Other Approaches Haven't

Most coaching and personal development work operates at the level of behaviour and strategy.

Better habits. Better frameworks. Better awareness.

For many challenges, that is exactly what is needed.

It is not enough when the pattern is running at the identity level: in what you believe about yourself, what you believe is possible, what you believe you deserve or are capable of.

At that level, insight doesn’t shift the pattern. Willpower doesn’t shift it. Awareness of it doesn’t shift it.

What shifts it is reaching the structure of the belief itself, the specific internal architecture that was built, usually a long time ago, in response to a specific experience, and changing it at the source.

The Breakthrough Room uses NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to do precisely that.

NLP is a behavioural methodology developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder that works at the level of how beliefs, self-concept, and internal representations are structured.

When applied it can reach and change patterns that years of surface-level work have not touched.

What Is NLP

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is one of the most widely applied behavioural methodologies in the world, used in coaching, therapy, leadership development, education, and performance work across every industry and culture.

The ‘neuro’ refers to how the mind processes experience.

The ‘linguistic’ refers to how language shapes and reflects that processing.

The ‘programming’ refers to the patterns, largely unconscious, that govern how we respond to the world.

In practice, NLP gives a practitioner precise tools for understanding how a specific belief or pattern is structured in a specific person’s mind, and for changing that structure at its root. Not managing the symptom. Removing the source.

Our practitioner holds trainer-level NLP certification, a level reached by very few practitioners in India, which means the depth of this work goes well beyond what standard NLP coaching offers.

The Two Rooms

Personal Breakthrough.

For individuals working on a life-level challenge. A belief that has been holding you back. A fear that shows up at the wrong moments. A decision you've been avoiding. A confidence gap that doesn't match what you know about yourself. A crossroads where the clarity isn't arriving on its own.

Executive and Business Breakthrough.

.For business leaders, founders, and senior professionals working on a leadership or work-specific challenge. A strategic decision that won't resolve. Leadership presence under pressure. A recurring interpersonal dynamic that doesn't change regardless of context. A belief about what is professionally possible that has been quietly limiting you for longer than you'd like to admit.

The Lead Practitioner

Shakti Sharan is an ANLP Certified Trainer of NLP, one of very few practitioners in India to hold trainer-level certification.

Certified NLP Executive Coach. Advanced Life Coach. Certified Practitioner in Time Line Therapy.

20+ years of applied practice.

300+ hours of one-on-one identity-level coaching work.

The 300 hours matter less than what they represent.

Each one was identity-level work, not surface coaching.

Trainer-level certification means mastery not just of the techniques but of the underlying structure of the methodology: the ability to understand why a specific intervention works for a specific pattern in a specific person, and to adapt it precisely.

That depth is what makes this work different from standard coaching.

The pattern isn't you. It's something you learned.

What was learned can be changed, when the work reaches the right level. The first call is free and commits you to nothing. It just tells both of us whether this is the right fit.
