Kritarth

In Sanskrit, Kritarth means one who has fulfilled their purpose through meaningful work done with full intention.

That is the standard the practice holds itself to. Every session, every training, every inquiry.

Done with full intention or not done at all.

The Practice

Kritarth is built on a single premise: that the real problem, in organisations and in individuals, is almost never the one being presented. It is usually one level underneath.

The three services are three entry points into that same work.

POSH compliance addresses the organisational patterns that create unprepared committees and unsafe workplaces.

Facilitation addresses the team patterns that prevent decisions from being made.

Coaching addresses the personal patterns that prevent individuals from moving.

What holds all three together is a depth of NLP-based behavioural practice, built over 20 years across 100+ organisations, that reads what is actually happening beneath the surface.

In a POSH inquiry, in a leadership session, in a one-on-one coaching room.

The same depth. Three different applications.

Why Kritarth Exists

The name says it.

Kritarth: meaningful work done with full intention.

In practice that means this: when someone comes to us with a compliance gap, a team that can’t decide, or a pattern they can’t shift. We show up genuinely interested in solving it. Not in selling the next engagement. Not in making it more complicated than it needs to be.

We work at the pace the situation requires. We say what we actually see. Good work should be accessible.

That is Kritarth. Nothing more. Nothing less

Our Values

Clarity Over Comfort

We tell clients what we actually see, including when a different approach would serve them better.

Depth Over Surface

We don't train to cover the topic. We build capability. In coaching, we don't work with symptoms. We go to the source.

Practice Over Theory

Everything we bring comes from having done the work. Not frameworks we read about. Rooms we have been in.

Honesty Over Convenience

We say what the situation actually calls for — even when it's uncomfortable, even when it costs us the engagement.

If something here resonated, that's enough to start.

You don't need to know which service fits. Just describe what's going on.
